During this difficult time, Larry and his wife Becky were left with a tough decision on what to do. They remained strong in their faith and began to do what they knew best, which is to find a way to work.

Larry began to cook Jam in their kitchen and taking it to small market events. The jam quickly became a fan favorite and things took off! From there Can Man Jam was formed and has now become a thriving family business.
